IGI conducts a 'Diamond Grading' workshop for the team of KIAH Diamond Jewellery

The education wing of the International Gemological Institute, IGI India, conducted a two day workshop on 'Diamond Grading' for the team of 'KIAH,' the fine jewelry brand from Sheetal Manufacturing Jewels. The session conducted at Surat aimed at helping them reduce the rate of rejections; a hurdle that most retailers dealing in diamond jewelry, often face. 

The workshop proved to be effective in helping them improve their sales quotient and the internal quality check. The 100% IGI certified brand has fine-tuned their standards as per that of IGI's and this has helped them get an edge over the rest in the industry. The workshop enlightened the team on the various aspects of diamonds, the importance of an in-depth scrutiny of the stone, calibrating their factory standards to IGI standards in order to make the entire certification process more simple and effective.  The session was an incredible success with a lot many myths about diamonds being absolved and the managers getting a fresher perspective on diamonds and that of their retail activities.
