IGI conducts 'Diamond Awareness' Program for Joyalukkas sales team

Participating in large numbers of over 100, the sales advisors of leading Indian jewellery retailer, Joyalukkas, received insights on better product knowledge and presentation skills, at the one-day ‘Diamond Awareness’ course conducted by International Gemological Institute (IGI) for the team. The course was held in Bengaluru, India on June 26, 2010, where Joyalukkas recently opened a branch outfit on July 4, 2010.

The contents of the “Diamond Awareness Program” focus on product Knowledge related to diamond formation, sources, grading, identification of imitations and synthetics, branding, market trends, reading and understanding reports, selling skills and management aspects including understanding customer’s demand, window display factors, communication skills and delivering accurate information and confidently closing the deals.
