The International Gemological Institute, IGI, has opened its 13th branch at 136, Cears Plaza, Office No. 101, Residency Road. The branch is in addition to the IGI laboratories at Thrissur, Chennai and Hyderabad in South India. The laboratory will certify diamond jewellery and will also provide educational services in gemology for diamond and gem enthusiasts in the region.

The state of the art laboratory will certify jewelry on the basis of international standards, passing on a sense of reliability to both, the sellers and the buyers. Across the globe, IGI certificates instill a sense of confidence in the minds of diamond, gemstone and jewellery owners.
