Ghanasingh Be True supports charity cause Ramp for Champs on its 111th anniversary

Showcases a Limited Edition Anniversary collection- Birds Of Paradise

Fine jewellery label Ghanasingh Be True, by duo Krishaa & Gautam Ghanasingh, expressed part of its 111th anniversary celebrations by supports the cause of child education and being part of the 9th edition of Ramp for Champs by Smile Foundation. On the occasion, Ghanasingh Be True showcased a Limited Edition Anniversary collection- Birds Of Paradise, synonymous to freedom, on Sunday, 2nd August, 2015 at the JW Marriott Hotel, Mumbai Sahar. The label has created a niche with its bequest of finely crafted bespoke pieces.

Smile Foundation, a national level development organization showcased Ramp for Champs, which aims to raise awareness and resources towards the education for the less privileged children focusing primarily on girl child. By way of the funds raised with this initiative, Smile Foundation intends to reroute majority of funds towards the cause of girl child education.

Krishaa & Gautam Ghanasingh walked the ramp along with leading designers and socialites to support the cause. Power couple Krishaa and Gautam Ghanasingh have stepped forward to support the noble cause of the girl child for the SmileFoundation. Krishaa & Gautam Ghanasingh, said, “We are happy to be associated with Smile Foundation through "Ramp for Champs" and are trying are best to give back to society in whatever way we can and help the girl child. The cause of a girl child education is close to our hearts making this an ideal platform.”

Noted celebrities were seen wearing pieces from ‘Birds Of Paradise’. The theme is synonymous to freedom and perfectly encapsulated the spirit of the event. Yami Gautam adorned an elegant pair of chaandbalis curated in uncut poliks and diamonds edged with South Sea pearls; an opulent pair of blue tanzanite earrings was worn by Isha Koppikar, and it complimented her tanzanite and diamond bezel set ring. Divya Khosla Kumar carried off a resplendent set of South Sea Pearl earrings and ring to complete her look. Archana Kochhar was seen emblazoned in South Sea Pearl earrings and ring crusted with diamonds.
