NSQF is an internationally recognized parameter to measure the skills acquired by an individual. As GJSCI promotes the Digital India campaign the assessments too were conducted through an online digital platform thereby making it more efficient, convenient and in an expediated manner. The employers were satisfied with the manner in which the entire process was carried out without any loss of working hours. This has encouraged them to further continue and enroll its 2827 employees under RPL-4 (BICE) which is planned in 3 phases. So far, 1903 employees have been assessed and certified in the pilot phase of RPL-4 which completes the 2 phases.

We appreciate the various initiatives taken by GJSCI for the sector time to time. RPL-4 (BICE) is an excellent scheme initiated by GJSCI. The scheme is immensely befitting the artisans by rewarding them an accidental insurance policy up to Rs. 2 lakh for 3 years without incurring any cost and issuance of certificate of their skills by the Government of India. With regard to apprentice program we will have easy access to skill library of different artisans on a single portal. We see potential opportunity of reduction of 40% while hiring skilled manpower for an establishment & we think this is an attractive proposal for any businessmen”.

Mr. Rajeev Garg, urged that “all employers in Jaipur too should have their employees enrolled under RPL-4 (BICE) and help them obtain a government recognition of their already acquired skills along with a monetary reward and accidental insurance cover at no cost to the employers. You could get in touch with us and we assure you to conduct this in as mooth and efficient manner with a hassle-free process."
