GJEPC hosts The India Evening at Vicenzaoro Dubai

GJEPC, the apex body for India’s gem and jewellery industry, hosted The India Evening during Vicenzaoro Dubai, bringing an opportunity to strengthen networking at Jumeirah Beach Hotel on Saturday 25 April. Vicenzaoro Dubai was held between April 23-26, 2015.

Participation was enthusiastic at The India Evening, drawing exhibitors, the 200+ hosted buyers of the show, and leading retailers from UAE, KSA and other countries in the region, reports say.

During the Evening, Pankaj Parekh, Vice-Chairman GJEPC expressed appreciation over a show like Vicenzaoro Dubai to be initiated in the region, saying it would propel the business opportunities in the region. He noted that ‘GJEPC was extremely pleased to partner Vicenzaoro Dubai, he added, “When two giants come together they have the power of an entire team of 11,” reports say. The gathering also witnessed a brief presentation on promotional activities undertaken by the World Diamond Mark and its achievements in the region. Fiera di Vicenza managing director Corrado Facco noted that the show Vicenzaoro Dubai holds immense potential which will be for all to see in the year ahead and also expressed appreciation to be associated with the GJEPC in creating this new international platform, reports add.
