On 19th October, Forevermark U.S. and three Fairfield County Forevermark authorised jewellers including, David Harvey Jewelers, J. Albert Johnson Jewelers, and Lux Bond & Green worked together to organize a unique, charity-focused shopping event entitled “Forevermark’s Night Out.” Customers browsed the latest diamond offerings from Forevermark, while enjoying complimentary hors d'oeuvres, manicures and massages. Ten per cent of the night’s proceeds were dedicated to supporting local environmental education non-profit SoundWater’s fund-raising efforts, totaling a donation of $2,000 from Forevermark.

Forevermark, the global diamond brand from The De Beers Group of Companies, bases its U.S. headquarters in Stamford, CT. As part of The De Beers Group of Companies, Forevermark is committed to giving back to the communities in which it operates.

“Respect and love for nature are deeply embedded in the heart of Forevermark,” said Charles Stanley, President of Forevermark U.S. “By mobilizing our staff and our local Fairfield County Forevermark Jewelers to benefit SoundWaters, our goal is to give back to our local Fairfield community that we are proud to call our home.”

Earlier in the week, Over 40 volunteers comprised of employees from Forevermark US and staff from Fairfield County Forevermark authorized jewellers partnered with SoundWaters to clean up Cove Island Park in Stamford, CT. Throughout the day, volunteers took action to protect their local watershed cleaning up litter along the waterline and through the park gathering 32 bags and 246 pounds of trash.

Globally, Forevermark is committed to the preservation and protection of habitats, their species and the wider natural world, as well as furthering education in countries where its diamonds originate. Forevermark is proud to volunteer its time and financial support towards SoundWaters. By purchasing a Forevermark diamond on the night of the event, local Fairfield County shoppers helped support the education of over 28,000 students of all ages from CT and NY, including 9,000 on scholarship from low-income communities that SoundWaters serves annually.
