Robert S Thomas, CEO, chairman of the Board of Directors and director at Charles & Colvard Ltd., has announced his immediate resignation from the company. Although, he will continue to be associated with the company as consultant. To fill his position will come in Frederick Russ, the present lead independent director who will now act as interim chairman of the Board of Directors. Dennis Reed, the company’s president and chief marketing officer, has been appointed for managing the company’s operations. The newly appointed seniors have taken on the challenge to propel the growth of moissanite in jewellery during these sluggish economic times and leverage the deliverables at Charles & Colvard Ltd.
