Amazon is No.1 online retailer in STORES research list

A research conducted on the most popular consumer websites in U.S., by STORES Magazine and BIGresearch, revealed a new entrant Craigslist.org at No.25. The entry of Craigslist.org signals the U.S. consumer’s shift in mindset from brand loyalty to price sensitivity, reports say. STORES Magazine is published by National Retail Federation (NRF), and has published the third annual ranking of consumers' top 50 online retailers in its September issue.

Amongst the majors that retail jewellery, Amazon.com remained in its No.1 slot as int he previous listing, Walmart at No. 2. JCPenney at No. 5, Kohl's at No. 7, Sears at No.10 and Macy's at No. 11 rank. Overstock.com was at No. 9 similar to last year, Google.com at No.8. eBay moved down to No. 3.
