The 34.65 ct. Princie Diamond is being chosen by Christie’s New York to be offered in its sale on April 16, 2013, in New York City. The stone is reputed as the largest Golconda fancy intense pink diamond to be offered at auction, so far and carries an expected sale price of between $30 million and $40 million, reports say. It’s name has been given after the Prince of Baroda.

The sale will also include rare pieces like the three-strand natural pearl necklace and a 23.30 ct. Harry Winston diamond ring, a diamond cluster necklace of more than 160 carats by William Goldberg reports say.
